Seafood Experts (where's the meat?)

The biggest oddity of the Lifestyle v3 decor is the separation of the meat and seafood department signs. (In Lifestyle v2, this department was known as meat and seafood experts instead, which seems to make more sense.) I don't know of any Safeways with separate meat and seafood counters, or even ones that are big enough for both signs, so I have to wonder why the decor designers thought it would be a good choice to have the signs separated, especially since it leads to the service counter being signed as if it is seafood only.
