Opened up

To make up for the space lost from the side room, the sales floor was expanded further back in the store, into the old stock room space. Not sure why this wasn't done originally instead of creating that weird alcove space, but at least it makes sense now! Interestingly, the old back room has a much higher ceiling than the rest of the store, which is what made it so obvious that the sales floor was expanded. Also, the decor looks a little funny through here, alternating between green and yellow/orange patches for no apparent reason.
