Beigery

One big downside of the soffit over the grand aisle, at least when it comes to this decor, is that the area under the soffit becomes a sea of beige. And the beige used here seems like a particularly boring one too! The hanging signs look a little weird also -- at a normal Safeway they would hang over the service counter, but with this store having just a small cutout into the back room, they extend awkwardly over the blank wall behind the bagel display.
