Clearly, I visited this store a bit too late in the day on my initial visit, but at least my Safeway set of pictures turned out decently. This store has a relatively unusual exterior, which I suspect was designed by the shopping center at the time of the remodel and expansion; it does have some features in common with the standard 90s design, including the large structure over the main entrance supported on pairs of dual columns, but the sharp pointed ceiling in the gable is an odd touch, and the general layout of the entryway is a bit odd. As we'll see eventually, this store does have some exterior features that appear to remain from the original 1980 construction, which may be another explanation for some of the weirdness here.
