The bins of junk department

Spinning around further, you can see that the random bin of junk wasn't an isolated case -- in fact, there was practically a whole department made up of bins of junk! I wish I had taken a closer-up picture of the signs here, since it almost looks like they were trying to sell this stuff by the bucket. Seems like someone may have been inspired (a bit too much) by the next-door Goodwill Outlet!
