On one of the Virginia St windows, the shelving removal tore the weird black film Bed Bath & Beyond had installed to block them, allowing this (admittedly rather weird) look across the upper level. (The tear looks like a weird L to me, hence the title.) Sometime in the months after this visit, all the black coverings disappeared, leaving the upper salesfloor completely open to the outside -- not that there's really anything to see in here anymore, of course.
