The weird bridges that I mentioned last time were put to good use with this new decor, as they provided a place for the welcome signage! These are a standard part of the Modern Decor, but are still quite uncommon around here as (except for the newest ones) stores around here tend not to have vestibules, so there's no obvious place to install a sign like this. I didn't expect to see this here, as Safeway seems to be making these remodels a cheap, cookie-cutter thing without much variation between stores, so this was certainly a nice surprise!
