To start off this week's Ballard Safeway remodel, here's one of the smallest changes from the last week: new category markers have been installed throughout the store! Note how the standard category markers use a much different (plainer, but more legible) font than what is used on the door strips -- during the Lifestyle v1/v2 era, Safeway was very consistent with what font they used throughout the decor (which I think is the same font used for the category markers still), but these days they seem to be all over the place.
