Wrapping up this mega-update, this store also now has its new "thank you for shopping" sign at the left-side entrance, something that was surprisingly missing in the Lifestyle era (in this store and most others). I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but the weird wall that the sign is on is part of a bridge between the upstairs offices above the center of the front end and the stairway behind the deli (and there's a similar thing on the other end of the store going to the elevator that's next to floral). Certainly an unusual design choice, and one that I haven't seen in any other Safeway.
