Who put that column in the actionway?

... Not that much here, back in the cloting department on the main level, where someone decided to place the actionway such that half of it was obstructed by one of the building's columns! Since Target came in after the building was largely built, you'd think they would have designed around the existing features, but no, apparently moving the actionway a couple feet further back just wouldn't work for them. 🙄
