One of the big improvements of the new Modern decor over the old Lifestyle packages is the elimination of the bland beige color that used to cover nearly the entire store, in favor of... a variety of shades of beige. It's not perfect -- I'd prefer some real colors -- but it's something, at least. Even without the department signs up yet, it still looks pretty nice here! I'll be interested to see if the faux-Modern category markers in liquor will stay as is, or be replaced with true Modern Decor ones.
