Even before the remodel, this part of the store was a hodgepodge of different decor styles (Lifestyle v1, v2, and v3 as well as knockoff Brown Decor-styled stuff). Hopefully that will get better with the remodel, but if it's like any of the others I've seen lately, they'll probably end up leaving quite a bit of the store looking like it used to. Meanwhile (rant alert), notice the sign pushing Safeway's new bread options -- that has consisted of getting rid of all the fancy bread that I really liked in the past, and replacing it with a mixture of absolutely bizarre flavors that sound inedible and take-and-bake breads that are useless to someone like me without an oven. And they haven't even fixed the real issue at hand, which is that this store almost never has much if any bread in the display!
