Panning to the right again, here's another view of the CVS Pharmacy counter and the health and beauty department. Right in the middle of the picture, splitting health and beauty off from the rest of the store, is a big ramp and stair structure to account for the awkward half-story grade change at this point -- I'll get back to this later, but this is the most obvious indication that this space was not originally built for a store as large as Target.
