Cosmetics ring

This store has a mini version of the fancy cosmetics department that full-size Targets are getting these days, complete with fancy shelving and one of the very of-this-moment ring lights, though it lacks the weird projector screen. It really seems random just what parts of the full P17 decor end up in these mini-Targets, but I do like how this section turned out!
