Christmas comes early to Target

Jumping forward to the start of November, the store looks even more ready to go. Most interesting is the giant Christmas tree that someone (presumably either Target or the building owner, but I'm not sure which) put up in the building's front courtyard. This was also election season, hence the sign out front for the (luckily losing) local city council candidate, who had been more or less kicked off the council over a decade ago for a very convoluted political scandal called Strippergate, which is certainly less interesting than it sounds. Not that that has anything to do with this store; it's just another of those little Seattle oddities.
