Ignoring the surprisingly small "Total Inventory Blowout" sign, this store looks quite normal from this viewpoint. Just like at Greenwood, the parking lot was bizarrely full (though at this store it is shared with other businesses), and there weren't even that many store closing signs posted outside. The biggest change is the removal of the Tully's sign, but that happened months before when the whole Tully's chain collapsed. (I had noticed that well before the closing was announced and didn't think anything of it at the time, but I suppose that if this store was still doing well, Albertsons probably would have wanted to replace it with a new coffee brand...)
