Curving around to the left of that giant planter, here's a look towards the new theater entrance. I'm not sure why they decided to have the main entrance off the mall -- it was already quite dead at the time the theater was built, and the theater certainly doesn't seem to have done anything to bring it back -- but here it is, opening on to a whole bunch of nothing. Here's what this used to look like shortly before Sears closed. It does look like either the theater or the mall tried to fix up this area a little bit, but other than the new furniture, it's still very much stuck in the 80s.
