From a distance

For the last of my two-weeks-ago pictures, here's a view of the two stores from the street east of the site. I'm not sure what the story is with that building in the foreground -- it looks cool, and more than a little bit like a Safeway (or Albertsons) Marina store, but I'm not sure if that's a coincidence or not. Regardless, I'm glad that I got this picture when I did, because the building is completely GONE as of this week!

Coming up tomorrow -- what I at least have been waiting for all year!
