About a month in, and the only change visible on the grocery side is the encapsulation of the long-gone Tully's kiosk in plastic wrap, as part of its conversion to yet another Starbucks kiosk. I hadn't noticed it before, but the green wall paint here really looks like a Marketplace decor color, so much so that I had to check old pictures to see if it had been repainted already!
