While there were many different slogans used over the years on these Thank You signs, this plain and simple one is the one I remember the Port Angeles stores having while I was growing up. (I swear I remember at least one of them having some sort of welcome sign printed on the back of this sign, something I can't find any pictures of online...) It's so funny seeing Rite Aid's modern promotional signage right up against this ancient decor!
Thanks for the link!
ReplyDeleteI'm not certain, but this décor seems to remind me of what my old Rite Aid looked like before it remodeled to Wellness(?). It was a 1990's store with a similar layout, but it had a much more upscale brick facade on the exterior (and no diamond windows). Surprisingly, Walgreens has yet to remodel the space from the last Rite Aid package.
