Stuffed Pork Chop

One thing I definitely had to get was a closer-up picture of this old Chef's Express sign. This looks an awful lot like the food photography in my mom's beloved old cookbooks from the 80s -- being contemporaneous to this store, I wouldn't be surprised if at least one of them had a recipe for something quite similar to what's depicted here! This sign seems to imply that this store originally had a large semi-prepared meat selection of some sort, something that some of QFC's larger stores still have today, and even using the same name!
