Bake

I'm not kidding when I talk about the clutter here! Anyways, Metro racks (a term I learned through auction listings!) aside, this would have been part of (or at least near) the bakery when the store was still in operation. Despite the overall fanciness of this store, it didn't have much of a bakery service department; most of the section was in self-serve displays near the hanging "Bake" sign visible in the background, floating out in front of the cheese section.
