Most of the inline tenants along the front of the mall also have entrances (or, in a few cases, just decorative facades) on the exterior. It's not a particularly common thing to see (at least in my experience), but it does seem like a good idea -- it helps to break up what would otherwise be a long, unwelcoming, blank facade, something all too common in mall design.
