Unlike Target, Walmart tends to go fairly heavy on wall decor -- one of the few things they do well! This is a typical department sign assembly, with a couple generic stock photos flanking a very bland department name sign (yeah, I really don't have anything nice to say about this decor package). It looks like they scaled down the department signage a bit to fit in better here (or maybe that's just part of the cheapness?).
