For the most part, this decor package would pass as something that could be used today. However, the pharmacy signage, with all those gradient-y swooshes, looks like something straight out of a much older decor package. Unfortunately, this does appear to be standard in the Green Wellness Decor, and kind of drags the look down a bit.

Also of note is the ultra-wide aisle here. Not all of the store's aisles are this wide, but I definitely had the sense that Rite Aid didn't know what to do with all the space in this store...
