As in most QFCs, the produce department here takes up the front right corner, with liquor behind it. Much more strangely, most of the store's dairy cases line the left side of produce, where you'd normally see more produce cases.

While the Fresh Fare decor package works better than most in QFC's low-ceiling stores, the produce department tends to fall flat. The trendy (at the time) decision to replace most of the ceiling lighting with spotlights can make the department feel rather dark and cave-like, and the dark beige walls and ceiling tile don't help matters. It does seem to lead to nice photos, though 😉
